About Us
Since 2017, Essex & Kent Electrical Services Ltd has been working with clients on a variety of innovative engineering projects. We are a small medium enterprise, committed to providing a high quality service, ranging from small domestic installs to large commercial builds. Over the past three years we have built up a loyal client base, owing to our high standards, attention to detail and ability to provide a thorough and compliant service.
Being an NICEIC approved contractor means that all of our installs are audited annually by an independent inspector, this ensures our work is completed to the highest possible standards and conforms to all relevant British Standards.

What We Offer
Electrical Testing
Providing Electrical System Testing is vital to maintaining safety in most projects we undertake at Essex & Kent Electrical Services Ltd.
In 2019 we carried out extensive electrical fixed wire testing to over 800 properties, both domestic & commercial.
Our services relieve the stress of electrical safety tests for Landlords, making sure all properties conform with current electrical & fire safety standards.
Commercial Projects
E&K provides a wide range of services to meet clients bespoke designs.
Pictured is one of our bespoke fit outs at SuburbSW11 bar in Clapham Junction. We carried out a full electrical package, including fire alarm & security systems.

Electrical Maintenance Services
We provide reactive and planned maintenance to various clients, from emergency call outs to planned remedial works.
In 2017 E&K carried out planned maintenance to 1,200 social housing properties with a 99% KPI rating.
New Build Developments
One of our biggest areas of work, are new build developments. We have undertaken full M&E projects both locally and nationwide, with the latest development being a small site situated 2 miles from our head office, in Sible Hedingham. This project was completed on behalf of a renowned UK developer.

EV Charging Points
With the ever-growing demand for electric vehicles, E&K have undertaken training with the NICEIC, to enable us to now offer installation of government grant accredited (OLEV)Â EV charging points.
